His distinguished career spans nearly 4 decades and includes civil engineering expertise in the public and private sectors.Mr. Wentzien has a long list of successful projects to his credit ranging from capital improvement projects to complex multi-unit residential and commercial planned developments for renowned home builders. Mr. Wentzien’s success is directly attributable to his comprehensive knowledge of engineering science, coupled with his ability to manage the intricacies of multiple design units interfacing simultaneously on broad-scoped projects.

Mr. Creevy is the leader of the firm’s Field Services Division, which encompasses Land Surveying, Environmental Sciences and Regulatory Compliance services. Mr. Creevy’s extensive array of expertise includes environmental permitting, wetlands delineation, hazardous materials investigation, Phase I Site Assessments, soils analyses, as well as land surveying and construction management.Mr. Creevy has hundreds of wetlands delineations on his list of project accomplishements, along with an unparalleled reputation in the industry for his knowledge and expertise of wetland sciences and regulations. Stephen R. Kiselick, CLA, ASLAProject Manager
Mr. Kiselick has over 25 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, site and streetscape renovation, site design and park and recreation facilities. He has served as project manager on commercial site design projects, municipal projects and various Monmouth County facilities.Mr. Kiselick manages the preparation of all site plans, construction specifications and landscaping plans for a variety of commercial, municipal, residential and public projects. His previous project experience includes: commercial site design; landscape and lighting design; stormwater detention facilities; wetlands mitigation plans; acquisition of State, County and local permits; and the preparation of public parks and recreation facilities.Mr. Kiselick has extensive experience in the areas of corporate park and shopping center design and recreation facilities design; parking areas; site lighting; pedestrian and traffic circulation; stormwater retention facilities; and park and recreation fields. He also has worked extensively to secure state and county grant funding for the majority of Freehold Borough projects.
